Refund and Returns Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through lovejolly.eu and lovejolly.XX (where “XX” is any EU or EEA country extension) operated by Pixta Commerce OÜ (“Pixta Commerce”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy is intended to supplement the statutory rights of consumers under EU and Estonian law. Nothing in this Policy affects your legal rights.

  1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

1.1. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
1.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You may use the EU model withdrawal form or contact our customer service directly.

  1. Voluntary 365-Day Extended Returns

2.1. In addition to your statutory right, Pixta Commerce offers a voluntary 365-day return policy.
2.2. Under this policy, you may return products purchased from our Website within 365 days of receipt, provided that the items are:

unused,

unopened, and

in their original sealed packaging.
2.3. Products returned outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period will only be refunded if they comply with the above conditions.

  1. Hygiene and Health Exceptions

3.1. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the following goods cannot be returned once unsealed:

sex toys and erotic devices,

lingerie and intimate apparel,

lubricants, massage oils, cosmetics and similar consumables,

condoms and other protective devices.
3.2. This exception applies whether you are exercising your statutory withdrawal right or the voluntary 365-day policy.

  1. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

4.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
4.2. All products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under EU law. Consumables and batteries are covered only up to their normal shelf life.
4.3. In such cases, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

5.3. Please ensure that items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery method.

  1. Costs of Return

6.1. Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
6.2. If goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds

7.1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
7.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
7.3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. In certain cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

  1. Delivery Charges

8.1. If you exercise your statutory withdrawal right within 14 days, we will also refund the original standard delivery charges paid (if any).
8.2. Additional delivery costs for express or premium shipping services will not be refunded.
8.3. Under the voluntary 365-day return policy, delivery charges are not refunded.
